Hot Mirror (IR Cut Filter)

  • UV Lamp is a light source composed of UV (36.5%), visible light (36.5%), IR (16.6%), and convection current (19.6%). Hot Mirror lets UV rays and visible light pass through into the product but reflects the rest, filtering out IR from reaching the product.
  • This equipment is an optical application part that vacuum plates a multilayer (50~100 layers) of deposition materials on Pyrex Quartz so that UV rays (190nm~420nm) and visible light (420nm~700nm) can pass through but infrared rays (700nm~) are reflected out.

Cold Mirror

  • UV Lamp is a light source composed of UV (36.5%), visible light (36.5%), IR (16.6%), and convection current (19.6%). Cold Mirror reflects UV and visible light towards the product and lets the rest pass through, thereby more effectively bringing UV rays into the product.

Bandpass Filter (BPF)
