High-pressure/Medium-pressure UV Mercury(Hg) Lamp

High-pressure/Medium-pressure UV Mercury Lamp is the most commonly used lamp, and it radiates large quantities of 365nm, 405nm, and 436nm wavelengths, using Mercury's inherent spectrum, while also simultaneously radiating a small quantity of the 253.7mm wavelength.
With a UV spectrum of 320~420nm, this lamp is efficient for curing coats that are 15um thick or less for UV adhesives, varnishing, coating, printing, etc.

High-pressure/Medium-pressure UV Metal Lamp radiates metal's inherent spectrum with the addition of iron iodide (Fel2), tin iodide, (Snl2), etc. and radiates similar UV rays in a continuous spectrum within the 300~430nm range.
With a light emission central wavelength of 365nm, this lamp is effective for curing films that use screen printing and/or ink, thick coating, colored coating, etc. because this lamp has a larger quantity of UV irradiation compared to other UV lamps.

High-pressure/Medium-pressure UV Metal (Gallium) lamp radiates metal's inherent spectrum with the addition of iron iodide (Fel2), tin iodide, (Snl2), Gallium (Ga), etc. and radiates similar UV rays in a continuous spectrum within the 390~450nm range.
With a light emission central wavelength of 420nm, this lamp's UV energy can penetrate deep into even densely colored coating liquid and varnishes, and the lamp is often used in diazo film exposure, film developing, and used widely in the etching industry, etc. It is mainly used on high-gloss furniture, shadow masking, and other products with coats 30um thick or more.

With a Mercury vapor pressure of 1~10Pa when lit, this lamp is a line spectrum light source that powerfully radiates rays between 185nm and 254nm, making it effective for light cleaning sterilization.
This lamp accelerates oxidation reactions in conjunction with ozone created by UV irradiation, and it is effective for surface cleaning and reforming with the extra advantage of causing no UV-induced damage.
Available in 4 types (U-shaped, Linear, M-shaped, N-shaped), but special shapes are also possible.
This lamp is used in glass plate cleaning/light cleaning/light sterilization/ozone generation/photochemical reaction/water sterilized surface treatment of LCD, PDP, OLED, wafers, optical glasses, lead frames, acrylics, PE, PP films, functional plastics, new materials, etc.
